Welcome to Apex Tech Labs. By accessing our website, evaluating our developer tools, or deploying software developed by our internal divisions (Terminus Division and Quantum Division), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Unified Corporate Umbrella

Apex Tech Labs is the sole contracting party for all transactions, software licenses, and agreements. Terminus Division and Quantum Division are internal business units and do not contract independently.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, code, user interfaces, documentation, and product designs associated with Apex Tech Labs, Terminus IDE, Terminus Core, Terminus Conductor, Terminus Cortex, and Quantum Lite are the exclusive proprietary property of Apex Tech Labs.

3. Software Evaluation & Permitted Usage

Software distributed for testing, evaluation, or production deployment must be used strictly in compliance with specified licensing agreements. Unauthorized reverse engineering or disassembly of compiled division runtimes is prohibited.
